Are you passionate about working in a small team within a dynamic international environment where you can truly make a difference? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our international client is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Service Technician to strengthen their Technical Service team for the French-speaking region.
Your Role : As a Service Technician, you will be based in the office near Mannheim, providing solutions to technical problems for external customers and conducting training programs for both internal and external clients. You’ll collaborate closely with two other colleagues and report to the Regional Technical Service Leader.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to and resolve a variety of product and service requests, addressing questions and concerns of moderate complexity via telephone, email, and in person.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to repairs or procedures for electrical or mechanical systems.
- Conduct research to validate warranty claims and adjust warranty policies as needed.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to resolve inquiries.
- Assist in locating product parts during critical situations requiring swift resolution.
- Provide guidance and training to customer service representatives and external customers.
- Maintain and continuously enhance your knowledge of company products and equipment, developing creative solutions for unique challenges.
- Enter customer contact details into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
