JOIN OUR TEAM

We are seeking a highly motivated Creative Manager Homestories to lead and deliver high-impact brand collaborations. In this role, you will develop compelling visual storytelling campaigns that enhance our brand presence and drive awareness. Collaborating with celebrities, tastemakers, and key influencers in lifestyle and design, you will build strategic partnerships that bring our vision to life. With your expertise in immersive content creation and creative process management, you will conceptualise and execute inspiring Homestories. This position is unlimited and located in Munich .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • lead the entire content production process, from concept to execution, for both static and moving content, ideally leveraging your network of industry professionals to enhance creative outcomes
  • develop and deliver innovative, visually compelling storytelling that aligns with both the Westwing brand and our partners’ aesthetics, ensuring each project maintains high production value while staying true to our visual identity
  • collaborate with interior designers, stylists, and creatives to ensure cohesive visual elements across all aspects of a project. Within the creative and communications teams, facilitate seamless integration across all channels in 360° marketing campaigns
  • build and nurture long-term relationships with culturally relevant VIPs, tastemakers, and high-profile influencers, ensuring successful brand collaborations from inception to completion
  • shape the narrative and messaging around collaborations, reinforcing Westwing’s position as a premium lifestyle and design brand

YOU COME WITH

  • 5+ years of experience in a creative environment, preferably within fashion, design, brand communications, content creation, or journalism
  • a portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of visual storytelling and how content enhances brand experiences across various platforms (digital, print, video, events)
  • strategic mindset with the ability to blend creative vision with project management, paired with excellent organisational skills
  • strong hands-on mentality while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • proven expertise in working with top-tier clients, influencers, and creative professionals, and the ability to identify culturally relevant profiles and trends
  • willingness to travel occasionally for productions within Europe
  • excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and visual language
  • a passion for design, creativity, and innovation, with a keen eye for detail
  • fluent in English; German is a plus
