Tasks
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of running your business (flexible working hours based on either full or part-time commitment and you choose when and from where you work).
- Generate leads via social media (We teach you how to do this.)
- Conduct interviews with qualified candidates and manage the contact points (Training and scripts are provided)
- Support and coach new business owners in order to be successful
- Create placements on platforms such as Xing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, etc.
- Participate in weekly training & development streams for up-skilling via Zoom
- Regularly engage in our Personal Development materials - 'Be a product of the product'
- Attend training calls for further Personal Growth
