Pictet Asset Services provides custody, fund services and trading solutions for external asset managers, fund managers and institutional clients. We are seeking a long-term intern to join our Client Relationship Management department . You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service. This position focuses on supporting CRMs in their daily activities, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining strong client relationships, with a particular focus on KYC, and digitalization.

Your role

• Tracking and following up on ongoing KYC processes.
• When required, conducting the necessary follow-up with CRMs on KYC processes.
• Examine the current KYC processes based on paper documents.
• Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for digitalization.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Track the progress of digitalization and report results.
• Ensure the migration of paper data to digital format.
