As a CRM-Manager (m / f / x) , you will be responsible for creating and managing our communication channels (Emails, Whatsapp, SMS). Your main goal is to engage, reactivate and pre-quality new and existing customers, which is crucial to drive Sales. Aufgaben Creation and management of our marketing-driven CRM-campaigns on various channels (Email, Whatsapp, SMS etc.) Implementation and analysis of A / B tests. Development of concepts on how to qualify, engage and reactivate customers. Work closely together with our design-, product-, marketing and sales department. Data analysis and creation of management reports. Qualifikation Successful university degree, majoring in business, economics, technology or a related field. A proactive attitude and a firm commitment to achieving measurable outcomes. Proficiency in handling data, tools, and intricate problem-solving. Strong Hands-On mentality and analytical mindset.
