YOUR MISSION

  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing

  • Take full ownership of revenue (MRR), sales activities, and regional growth

  • Act as a trusted consultant, analyzing client’s needs and challenges to deliver real value with the client’s solution

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular field sales activities

  • Track and manage your performance using Salesforce (reporting & forecasting)

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

  • Professional experience in B2B Sales, ideally within SaaS or Healthcare environment

  • Expertise in cold reach outs, combined with pitching skills and a passion for closing deals

  • High energy level, hands-on mentality, and a confident, professional presence

  • German language skills on a native/bilingual level (C2)

  • Valid driver’s license (Class B)
