MIRATECH GmbH ist seit mehr als 30 Jahren geschätzter Partner für die Planung und Lieferung von Abgasnachbehandlung und Schalldämpfern für stationäre Motoren. Zahlreiche Systeme und Konfigurationen wurden entwickelt und erfolgreich installiert.

Die MIRATECH GmbH gehört zur MIRATECH Corporation mit Sitz in den USA und vertritt das EMEA-Geschäft der Gruppe. Diese ist seit 30 Jahren Marktführer in der Abgasnachbehandlung und Schalldämpfung und plant, entwickelt und fertigt eigene Produkte mit einer sehr hohen Fertigungstiefe.

Aufgaben :

  • Unterstützung von Kundenprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb und der Projektleitung
  • Auslegung von Produkten und Systemen zur Abgasnachbehandlung und technischer Angebotserstellung
  • Entwicklung und Überarbeitung von 3D- Konstruktionen und Zeichnungen
  • Erstellen und Verwalten technischer Freigabe- und Änderungsdokumente mit Hilfe eines Produktmanagement-programms (PDM)
  • Kommunikation mit nationalen und internationalen Kunden
  • Bei Bedarf Besuche von Kunden und Zulieferern

Anforderungen :

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrungen in Konstruktions- und Produktentwicklung (CFD)
  • Kenntnisse in Umform-, Trenn- und Schweißverfahren
  • CAD Erfahrung, vorzugsweise SOLIDWORKS
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich der Abgasnachbehandlung wünschenswert
  • Eigenständiges und zielorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Kommunikationssicheres Deutsch und

    • Englisch

  • Arbeiten in einem globalen Team
  • MS-Office Kenntnisse (Outlook, Word,

    • Excel, PowerPoint)

For 30 years, the company has been the market leader in exhaust gas aftertreatment and noise reduction and plans, develops and manufactures its own products with a very high level of vertical integration.

    Tasks :

  • Support of customer projects in cooperation with sales and project management
  • Design of products and systems for exhaust gas aftertreatment and technical quotation preparation
  • Development and revision of 3D designs and drawings
  • Create and manage technical approval and change documents using a product management program (PDM)
  • Communication with national and international customers
  • Visits to customers and suppliers if necessary

    • Requirements :

  • Completed technical studies with a focus on mechanical or plant engineering or comparable
  • Experience in design and product development (CFD)
  • Knowledge of forming, cutting and welding processes
  • CAD experience, preferably SOLIDWORKS
  • Experience in the field of exhaust gas aftertreatment desirable
  • Independent and goal-oriented work
  • Communicative German and English
