What will you do You will have the exciting opportunity to work on high-focus projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will engage in both offline and online activations of our brands, allowing you to leverage your skills in diverse environments. Key Responsibilities
- Create, execute and analyze Customer & Shopper Activation projects and strategic projects with our key customers on the assigned brand
- Maximize POS activation strategy along the full shopper journey (offline, online, omni), including POS material & digital asset production
- Develop best in class trade stories as part of the Sales cycles
- Translate marketing & sales goals into activation strategies for online pharmacies and Amazon Marketplace
- Manage the creation and implementation of customer-specific eCommerce advertising plans
- Monitor and optimize key eCommerce KPIs, including listing and availability, visibility, content implementation, and ratings and reviews
- Close cooperation with Sales, Marketing, Media and supporting functions to drive excellent execution of E2E plans, as well as external stakeholders (customers & agencies) What we are looking for Required Qualifications & Skills :
- Successfully completed university studies in economics, management, business administration or similar
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience in Trade Marketing, Sales or Marketing, preferably in the FMCG or OTC industry
- Very good conceptual as well as analytical skills and strong in presentations
- Business fluent written and spoken German and English
- Confident in the use of MS Office Soft Skills :
- High engagement with creative tasks and willingness to innovate
- Confident handling operational and organizational complexity even under time pressure whilst ensuring a high level of efficiency
- High level of initiative, ownership and project management skills
- Strong outside in perspective and understanding of customer needs while at the same time advanced internal stakeholder management skills
