Main tasks
Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance Hyundai Motorsport’s visibility across all platforms.
Manage media relations, including press releases, interviews, and media events, ensuring strong engagement with journalists and stakeholders.
Oversee social media channels, creating and implementing content strategies tailored for motorsport audiences.
Lead the PR team in executing integrated marketing and communication campaigns.
Develop and implement a crisis communication plan, ensuring Hyundai Motorsport is prepared for any PR challenges.
Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers, ensuring high-quality PR and marketing services.
Plan and oversee PR budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies while maximizing exposure.
Coordinate internal and external communications, acting as the key interface between teams, sponsors, media, and governing bodies.
Provide on-site event support at races, media launches, and promotional events to facilitate media interactions and brand representation.
Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, providing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in PR and communications in an international business environment.
- Strong background in automotive and / or motorsport communications.
- Proven experience managing global media relations, including press releases, media briefings, and interviews.
- Experience in crisis communication management and handling high-pressure situations.
- Hands-on experience with social media strategy and content creation for motorsport brands.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and external agencies.
- Track record of delivering successful PR campaigns and maximizing brand visibility.
- Strong analytical mindset with financial acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
