YOU ACT

As a member of the project core team, the Engineering Manager :

• Assumes accountability for project engineering costs, time, and quality
• Analyzes contracts to identify project-specific (local, customer) deviations from our established standards
• Holds responsibility for planning, monitoring, and managing interfaces among different product teams and plant engineering disciplines
• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer regarding all engineering-related matters
• Organizes and leads both internal and external engineering reviews (2D & 3D)
• Manages engineering deviations and changes
• Assumes ownership of the engineering phase within the integrated project schedule, collaborating with technical managers and the technical system manager, supported by the project scheduler
• Plans, monitors, and controls deliverable-based engineering efforts

YOU KNOW

You have earned your degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering oder you have a similar education. Furthermore this is important to us :
