Job Description :
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Payroll Specialist with nativelevel proficiency in German and a strong command of English to join our team in Osnabrck. This is an exciting opportunity for a payroll professional looking to contribute their expertise in a hybrid role.
The successful candidate will have solid payroll experience or relevant education as well as indepth knowledge of German labor law. You will manage all aspects of payroll processing ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy in payments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately process payroll for employees
- Ensure compliance with German labor law and tax regulations
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll information is aligned with internal records
- Monitor changes in labor laws and update payroll processes as needed
