Area of responsibilities :

• Order processing (domestic and factory) via phone, email or EDI package
• Planning in deliveries and following up on logistics issues
• Supporting accounts payable and finance department
• Main contact for customers, key accounts and distribution partners
• Carry out administrative and organizational tasks
• Handle customer complaints
• Assist in testing new transaction & processes in SAP
• Handling special payment terms and liaising with bank
• Assisting in CRM reports
• Define country specific payment and export terms
• Managing special shipping request
