What You’ll Do :
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing detailed information about our insurance products.
Assist with policy cancellations and answer questions about coverage.
Manage both inbound and outbound calls as well as email correspondence.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor , ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

EU Passport or valid work permit, no sponsorship is provided
B2 level English to communicate effectively within the team
Previous experience in insurance customer service is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
