Als Customer Service & Offer Management Specialist (m / w / d) bernehmen Sie schnell Verantwortung und sind Teil eines internationalen Teams. Dabei bringen Sie frische Ideen und Anstze aktiv mit ein.
Zu Ihren Aufgabenschwerpunkten in der Betreuung eines definierten Kundenstammes im Innendienst gehren :
Angebote
- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
- Identifikation der entsprechenden Produkte im Produktportfolio wenn erforderlich mit MID und Auendienst
- Ggf. Vorschlag von Alternativlsungen
- Bei Bedarf Einleitung von Neukonstruktionen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement
- Abstimmung der Kundenpreise im Rahmen von vorgegebenen Preislinien
- Klrung von Fertigungsmglichkeiten und Lieferterminen mit den Fachbereichen
- Erstellung des kommerziellen Angebotes in SAP und bei Bedarf auf Kundenportalen oder vorgegebenen Ausschreibungsunterlagen
- Zusammenstellung smtlicher Angebotsunterlagen
- Verfolgung der Angebote zusammen mit dem Auendienst
- berprfung der Kunden im Hinblick auf das Exportkontrollrecht (Embargo
- ausfuhrgenehmigungspflichtige Produkte)
- Klrung von lokalen Sonderanforderungen Vorschriften Approbationen und
- Einfuhrbestimmungen
