- Track and follow up on shipments ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining records of all customer interactions.
- Work closely with internal teams including procurement and demand planning to ensure smooth order processing.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards in collaboration with the quality unit.
- Report on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest areas for improvement.
