About the Role
How you will contribute
- Administrative processing and handling of customer orders
- Telephone appointment notification of customer orders
- Collating & providing data for further processing in the warehouse / disposition area
- Shipment tracking and feedback to the corresponding departments
- Acceptance and processing of customer complaints
- Maintaining and analyzing statistics
- Invoicing of services rendered
