About the Role

How you will contribute

• Administrative processing and handling of customer orders
• Telephone appointment notification of customer orders
• Collating & providing data for further processing in the warehouse / disposition area
• Shipment tracking and feedback to the corresponding departments
• Acceptance and processing of customer complaints
• Maintaining and analyzing statistics
• Invoicing of services rendered
