Sie sind verantwortlich für...

• Übernahme der übertragenen Serviceprojekte innerhalb der DACH-Region ab dem Kick-Off Meeting vom Vertrieb, überwiegend im Rahmen von A + B Projekten
• Begleitung des Angebotsprozesses für Must-Win Tender
• Projektleitung im Hinblick auf Kosten, Termineinhaltung, Kundenbedürfnisse, Schnittstellenkommunikation, Claim-Management, REX
• Aufbau von Projektteams sowie Vernetzung dieser intern und mit Lieferanten
• Kommunikation und Präsentation des Projektmanagements gegenüber der Kunden
• Festlegung von Meilensteinen, Nachverfolgung dieser inkl. Erstellung von Statusberichten sowie interner und externer Präsentationen
• Regelmäßige Risikoanalysen und bei Abweichungen vom Plan Einleitung von Maßnahmen / Aktionen, Verfolgung dieser und bei Notwendigkeit Eskalation an nächst höhere Ebene
• Reporting im Projektreview inklusive geforderter KPIs
