As the Team Lead Prototyping , you will lead a team responsible for the prototyping and validation of UAV systems and subsystems. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and safety of our cutting-edge aerial platforms. Your team will be at the forefront of testing new hardware, prototypes and contributing to continuous product improvements.

What is your Day to Day Mission :

Lead and mentor a team of four system test engineers and two prototyping specialists.

Develop and execute test plans for UAV hardware and software, including performance, durability, and safety tests.

Design and supervise the prototyping of UAV systems and subsystems.

Analyze test data and provide recommendations for design and system enhancements.

Manage test environments, including field testing and lab testing setups.

Provide technical reports and documentation on test results and system improvements.

What you bring to the team :

Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.

5+ years of experience in system testing, prototyping, or a related field, preferably in UAVs, robotics, or aerospace.

Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.

Strong understanding of prototyping, system validation and debugging methodologies.

Strong knowledge of UAV flight dynamics, mechanics, aerodynamics and embedded systems.

Hands-on experience with sensors, avionics and communication systems.

Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB).

Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as FAA, EASA, or military standards is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail is a must.

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
