Customer Service Management : Der Service Customer Agent (m / w / d) gewährleistet in einem Customer Care Center eine hohe Erreichbarkeit und Kundenzufriedenheit. Zu seiner Hauptaufgabe gehört die Bearbeitung aller Arten von Kundenbedürfnissen.
Dein Aufgabengebiet :
- Bearbeitung aller Arten von Kundenbedürfnissen (Fragen, Wünsche, Probleme) per Telefon und E-Mail in einem Ticketsystem
- Unterstützung der Kundenbetreuung bei diversen Kundenanfragen
- Versendung diverser Kundenkommunikationen und Bearbeitung der Rückmeldungen hierzu
- Eigenverantwortliche interne und externe Korrespondenz auch in englischer Sprache
- Übernahme von Projekten / Unterstützung bei Projekten
- Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Weiterleitung von Tickets
- Pflegen und Verwalten von Datenbanken
- Klärung der offenen Posten für gesamt Deutschland CSM in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Kundenbetreuern
