60-100%, Bern or Lausanne and home office How you makea difference - You analyse the needs of internal partners anddevelop user-centric Power BI solutions in relation to customertouchpoints. - You support Power BI controllers in optimizingframework conditions and share your knowledge of customerintelligence and marketing topics such as campaign dashboards anddiscovering third-party offers. - Working closely with datascientists, data engineers and internal and external staff, youadvise clients and take on the role of advisor and expert. - Youprocess large data volumes for visualizations in an efficient,sustainable manner and make them available via Power BI with therelevant stakeholders in mind. - You identify dependencies andpotential in automation and AI, and develop forward-thinking,data-driven solutions. - You promote knowledge sharing within theteam and ensure that support requests are handled efficiently. Whatyou have to offer - You have a university degree in informatics,business informatics or business administration. - You have anin-depth understanding of the Power BI platform, including reportcreation, data models, data sources, DWHs, DAX calculations anddata integration. - You optimize Power BI reports to ensure theyrun smoothly, even with large datasets. - You have experience withKPI dashboards on customer insights and significant experience inusing Power BI with a range of data sources (e.g. AWS, Oracle, BW).- Knowledge of BI tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau andSAP Datasphere is an advantage. - You have good proficiency inGerman and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
