We are looking for a Customer Service and Customer Support specialist to join a leader in the cognitive health space, that supports over 25 million users
This role is fully remote in Germany, and is a 100% German speaking role – we are looking for those that speak German (Mother-tongue) or those that are C1 level
Their products are designed to help users maintain and improve their cognitive fitness. Their app is the first app to be fully reimbursed by all health insurance companies, supporting approximately 3.7 million people with cognitive impairments.
As they continue to expand, we are looking for a new Customer Success or Customer Support Specialist to join their versatile team. This role will play a crucial part in helping them achieve their goals of improving mental well-being and supporting users in their cognitive health journey.
Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer support by assisting patients and users with inquiries related to their medical product
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, reviews, and reports using Zendesk.
- Analyse customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and suggest process enhancements.
- Collaborate on creative growth projects by participating in workshops and task forces focused on marketing, customer loyalty, and product development.
