This involves leading innovation in product development managing crossfunctional teams ensuring operational excellence and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Product Portfolio Plan : Strategize and optimize the product portfolio to meet market demands and achieve business objectives.
Product Specifications : Define detailed innovative product specifications that align with market needs and technical feasibility.
Product Marketing Plan : Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful gotomarket strategies that enhance product visibility and adoption.
Operations
Product Lifecycle Management : Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to end of service ensuring timely delivery.
Product Customer Validation Report : Lead customer validation processes to refine products and ensure alignment with user expectations.
Product Performance Management (P&L) : Oversee product performance by monitoring P&L driving profitability and ensuring sustainable growth.
Qualifications :
Customer Experience : Minimum of 7 years experience in aligning product innovation with customer needs delivering outstanding user satisfaction and engagement.
Product Portfolio : Extensive experience in managing complex global product portfolios with a focus on disruptive innovation and market differentiation.
Commercial : Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving profitable growth through strategic product management and business development.
Technical : Solid technical background with expertise in translating complex technical requirements into marketleading products.
Leadership : Demonstrated success in leading crossfunctional teams fostering collaboration and delivering results in a dynamic global environment.
