Wir suchen einen erfahrenen und eigenmotivierten Senior Accountant, der ein wachsendes Team verstärkt. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für den gesamten Buchhaltungs- und Berichtsprozess unserer lokalen Aktivitäten und tragen zur finanziellen Gesamtsteuerung einer internationalen Unternehmensgruppe bei. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, die Buchhaltungsabteilung in den nächsten 2–5 Jahren aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln.

Hauptaufgaben :

• Verantwortlich für alle Aspekte der Buchhaltungsfunktion, einschließlich Hauptbuch, Kreditoren- / Debitorenbuchhaltung, Gehaltsabrechnung und Steuererstellung.
• Erstellung genauer und zeitnaher Finanzberichte, Analysen und Abschlüsse für das lokale Management und die Unternehmenszentrale.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Buchhaltungsstandards, Vorschriften und interner Kontrollen.
• Identifikation von Möglichkeiten zur Prozessoptimierung und Implementierung effizienter Buchhaltungspraktiken.
• Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams und Bereitstellung finanzieller Einblicke zur Förderung von Geschäftsentscheidungen.
• Betreuung und potenzielle Führung von 1–3 Buchhaltungsmitarbeitern, sobald das Team wächst.
