Stellenbeschreibung

As part of the strengthening of its DATA ops department , ING Luxembourg is looking for a trainee / alternat(e) from January 2025 for a minimum period of 6 months.

Within the Data Management department, the Data Operations service is responsible for updating the administrative data of individual and corporate customers.

Your tasks :

  • Ensure that the customer's KYC and identification data meet the requirements of current regulatory standards, in order to guarantee good Data Quality from the moment the customer enters into a relationship until the account is closed.
  • Be familiar with the bank's KYC documents and tools
  • Provide cross-functional operational support to the PB, Retail Banking and Wholesale Banking business lines.
  • Participate in improving procedures in line with Group regulations
  • Participate in the development of new tools to better cover the Bank's risks.

Your profile : Education :

  • Baccalaureate+3 or higher in Banking / Finance / Economics / Law.
  • Experience in financial services is a plus

    • Languages :

  • English and French are essential, any other language would be an advantage
