Klinikum Obergöltzsch Rodewisch is a standard care hospital with 290 beds in the fields of internal medicine, gynecology and obstetrics, general, visceral and vascular surgery, trauma and joint surgery, paediatrics and adolescent medicine, anaesthesia and intensive care. The departments of X-ray, physiotherapy, laboratory, central sterilization and two medical care centers are also attached.

We are looking for the earliest possible date for a

Head of IT (d / m / w)

Your tasks :

  • Management and further development of the IT team, including training our own junior staff
  • Economic further and new development of IT applications
  • Ensuring and optimizing high-performance and flexible IT operations
  • Managing and coordinating IT projects to ensure the implementation of new technologies and systems and to continuously improve the efficiency of the IT department
  • Responsibility for IT and data security, i.e. in particular monitoring security risks and implementing security guidelines
  • Management contact for strategic and operational IT issues
  • Participation in the IT on-call service

Your requirements :

  • Completed studies in the technical IT field
  • Experience in leading and motivating employees
  • Confident demeanor and the ability to act calmly and level-headedly
  • Experience in programming (shell, PHP, PowerShell, Python)
  • Very good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
  • Knowledge of data center technology, databases, virtual environments and networking structures (encrypted communication)
