Role Summary :
As a Field Service Technician (M / F / T), you will perform commissioning, customer training, maintenance, and repair work on-site at customers' locations in Germany, and occasionally abroad (worldwide).
From your home office, you will primarily support our mechatronic pumps / pump systems (e.g., "SIHIdry" / "SIHIboost") in the Frankfurt / Mannheim / Kaiserslautern / Heidelberg region.
Your Role :
- Field service, mainly throughout Germany and occasionally abroad (worldwide)
- Carrying out commissioning, customer training, maintenance and repair work
- Carrying out fault and remote diagnoses
- Preparation of work reports such as maintenance reports, commissioning reports
