About the Mission & Culture

We are a growing renewable energy trading firm dedicated to driving the global clean energy transition. By sourcing, transporting, and supplying sustainable, waste-derived feedstocks for biofuel production (such as biodiesel, HVO, and biogas), we help our international partners significantly cut carbon emissions and foster a circular economy.

Certified under European environmental standards (ISCC / REDcert), our culture is built on operational reliability, deep market insight, and mutual trust. We operate in a collaborative, tightly knit team environment where every employee plays a hands-on role in shaping our supply chain processes and long-term expansion.

Primary Role Responsibilities

  • Transport Management: Direct international road and sea shipments across Europe and global markets, overseeing end-to-end operational workflows.
  • Partner Alignment: Brief and manage external freight forwarders, carriers, and service providers to guarantee on-time pickups and deliveries.
  • Cost & Rate Negotiation: Secure competitive freight pricing, monitor operational expenses, and proactively prevent auxiliary costs like demurrage, storage, or tank-cleaning surcharges.
  • Data Management: Input, track, and maintain accurate shipment milestones in internal system databases to provide visibility across trading, finance, and warehouse operations.
  • Trade Documentation: Verify customs paperwork, shipping files, and compliance declarations to align with international transport regulations.
  • Continuous Optimization: Suggest actionable ways to enhance internal workflows and logistics tracking systems.

What We Are Looking For

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational background or commercial apprenticeship in supply chain, logistics, business management, or equivalent hands-on drive for the sector.
  • Fluent proficiency in German alongside fluent communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational talent, numerical literacy, high accuracy, and strong cost-consciousness.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset—remaining calm and clear-headed under pressure.
  • Preference for working on-site in Coesfeld.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Initial background in freight dispatching, shipping, or logistics operations (road, rail, or maritime).
  • Familiarity with customs clearance, import procedures, or transport paperwork.

Candidate Profile & Red Flags

  • Ideal Mindset: Diligent, solution-oriented, open to feedback, and eager to take early responsibility in a dynamic, high-impact sector.
  • Incompatibilities: Expectation of full remote setups, lack of essential language fluency, or salary expectations substantially above the specified range.

What We Offer

  • Meaningful Impact: Directly support international decarbonization efforts by managing green energy supply chains.
  • Career Growth & Security: Permanent, full-time employment with high stability and full on-the-job training for early-career professionals.
  • Flat Organizational Structure: Short communication paths with immediate access to company leadership.
  • Work-Life Balance: 30 paid vacation days annually.
  • Global Exposure: Daily interaction with global partners to strengthen your cross-cultural communication skills.
