Description

As a Senior Product Manager you will be instrumental in the development and implementation of our new digital financing system for dealers in Germany. You will act as the voice of our customers and dealers identifying their needs and translating them into innovative user-centric products. You will drive the product roadmap and ensure the successful launch and continuous improvement of our digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic product development and management for digital financial products in the B2B sector specifically for the German market.
  • Leading the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and optimization.
  • Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Engineering Design Sales) in an agile environment.
  • Analyzing market and customer needs to identify problems and opportunities.
  • Prioritizing the product roadmap to ensure maximum impact and value creation.
  • Measuring and evaluating product performance for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • A completed degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience working with customer oriented products in a digital product team.
  • Proven Product Management expertise in frontend digital services (ideally in a software / tech company) with strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in handling back-end applications including an understanding of data flows APIs and dependencies within the tech stack both internally and externally.
  • Experience in matrixed team collaboration (including offshore engineering teams); effectively influencing and coordinating across various digital product services.
