For the Lutze International Europe GmbH & Co. KG we are looking for a Product Manager – Conveyor Accessories & Conveyor Components (m/f/d).

Portfolio & Strategy Development:

• Define portfolio strategies and business plans for conveyor accessories and components.
• Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and prioritize innovation initiatives.

Own R&D & Product Innovation:

• Conduct your own research and development work on conveyor accessories and components.
• Design, test, and validate new solutions — from concept to prototype to final product.
• Use tools such as 3D CAD modeling to support design and development.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to co-develop and industrialize new products.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Act as a reliable and approachable contact person for internal and external stakeholders.

Lifecycle Management:

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from introduction to phase-out.
• Continuously improve and optimize product performance, quality, and profitability.

Analysis & Reporting:

• Conduct market, competitor, and profitability analyses.
• Use Excel and CRM systems to translate data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.

Customer & Market Engagement:

• Support sales teams with technical expertise, training, and marketing tools.
• Travel regularly (approx. 20–30%) within Germany and Europe to engage with customers, suppliers, and Lutze branches.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent technical/commercial background.
• Proven experience in product management, technical sales, or product development, ideally in conveyor systems, material handling, or industrial components.
• Strong hands-on mindset with the ability to carry out independent R&D work (from concept to prototype).
• Analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and strong experience working with CRM systems.
• Experience with 3D CAD modeling (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD) is a strong plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: positive mindset, relationship builder, and strong communicator.
• Willingness to travel across Europe & overseas.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
