Scientist MS&T Drug Product (f / m / d)

Join Takeda’s MS&T Drug Product Lab team a nd contribute to innovative vaccine manufacturing. Drive process development and optimization in formulation, filling, and lyophilization while collaborating with global teams to enhance processes and troubleshoot challenges.

What you will contribute :

• Design, execute, and evaluate experiments in the Drug Product Lab, focusing on formulation, filling, lyophilization, and capping in both small-scale and pilot-scale automated setups
• Collaborate with teams across MS&T, CMC, QA, QC, and manufacturing to support process improvements, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management
• Identify limitations of experiments or issues during experiments, analyze causes, propose solutions and prepare technical reports and summaries
• Use scale-down models and standardized methods for process characterization and optimization
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with quality standards
• Support lab operations via common lab tasks such as procurement, inventory management and introducing new technologies
• Assist in deviation investigations and continuous improvement projects

In this position you will report to the Manager MS&T Lab DP .
