As Chief of Staff – Internationalization and Partnership (m / f / d) you play a pivotal role in supporting one of our Managing Directors and executive team, with a primary focus on developing and managing strategic partnerships and driving international expansion. This role requires a highly organized, strategic thinker with a strong background in partnership management and international business development.

These tasks are waiting for you in our team

• In the field of Partnership Development you identify, evaluate, establish, develop, and maintain strong strategic partnerships with technology partners, strategy consulting partners, and integration partners to drive mutual growth and success.
• In the field of Internationalization you lead the development and execution of the company´s international expansion strategy.
• You conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess the competitive landscape in target regions.
• You work closely with the managing director and executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• In this function you monitor and report on the progress of key projects and initiatives and you provide insights and recommendations to optimize business operations and drive growth.
• You represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
