We are looking for a Software Engineer JAVA Specialist!
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer JAVA Specialist with 11+ years of experience in Java, SQL, and Azure DevOps . This role involves developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions tailored to business and customer needs.
Location : Luxembourg
Contract Duration : 220 days
Modality : Hybrid – 2 days per week at the office (Near-site)
What Will You Do?
Develop and customize software for internal and external customers.
Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines to ensure efficient software delivery.
Support the build, validation, deployment, and release processes .
Perform basic system administration for Unix-based systems.
Generate reports on pipeline execution results .
Conduct root cause analysis for issues in development and production environments.
Requirements :
Requirements & Skills :
Education : M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering (or equivalent applied experience).
Languages : Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) .
Mandatory Requirements :
- 11+ years of experience as a Software Engineer specializing in Java and SQL .
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps for software development and deployment.
- Excellent Unix system usage and administration skills .
- Deep knowledge of Java programming language and its runtime environment.
- Good understanding of relational databases (SQL) and stored procedures .
Preferred Skills :
Ability to understand the broader context of source code and align it with business objectives.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills .
Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
Experience in communicating complex technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
