About the Role

The Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting the overall coordination of the company's communications strategy, execution, and daily activities. The role will primarily focus on content creation, leveraging communication tools, and executing communication campaigns by working closely with internal partners to promote employee engagement and understanding of Magna's culture and business goals.

The position is located in Sailauf near Frankfurt and requires regular on-site presence while allowing for flexibility to work remotely.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the complete process to plan, develop and distribute Magna people stories across all internal communication channels :

Identify interviewees and oversee story creation process with external partners
