Avnet Logistics Bernburg

A high-performance distribution center with several logistics hall sections and upstream social and administration buildings is being built on a site area of approx. 190,000 m². A total of 56,000 m² of logistics space, 4,600 m² of office space and a product processing center (PMC) with an area of approx. 1,100 m² will be created in the first construction phase. Possible expansion areas are planned.

A total of around 700 jobs are to be created here by 2031. Following the start of construction in September 2022 and the topping-out ceremony in November 2023, gradual commissioning is planned from the second half of 2024. In spring 2025, up to 19,000 parcels are to be delivered here every day to over 30,000 customers worldwide. The location in Bernburg (Saale) complements the company's two existing European distribution centers in Tongeren, Belgium, and Poing near Munich.

Deine Aufgaben :

• Transport- und Frachtenmanagement der Avnet EMEA inkl. Vertragsmanagement für alle eingehenden und ausgehenden Transporte
• Entwicklung von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten zur Frachtkostenkontrolle und –senkung
• Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Aufrechterhaltung eines Frachtencontrollings
• Ansprechpartner der lokalen und zentralen Dienstleister
• Ansprechpartner für unsere internen Kunden in allen Fragen zu Transporten, Termintreue und Falsch- bzw. Nichtzustellungen
• Sicherstellung der rechtskonformen Abwicklungen im Bereich Transport
• Mitarbeit bei Erstellung des Forecastmodels und der Frachtrückstellungen basierend auf der EMEA-Strategie
• Sicherstellung eines kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses innerhalb der Transportlogistik
• Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei Transport-Ausschreibungen
• Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Transportschäden
• Organisation von Rückholungen und Ersatzlieferungen
• Organisation von Sondertransporten
• Regelmäßiges Reporting von Kennzahlen
• Mitarbeit bei EMEA-Projekten, IT-Projekten (z.B. Implementierung von Transport-Tools, Systemunterstützung in Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Lieferanten, Importabteilungen und Wareneingang)
• Eingeschränkte Reisetätigkeit
