About you and this role

Are you a driven fresh graduate eager to launch your career in the field of Operations and play a pivotal role in shaping the future with us? Then we might be the right fit for you! Join our Engineering team as Electrical Engineer (m / f / d) at our site in Stade, Germany!

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be part of the operations team and act as the technical expert in electrical engineering and construction, providing expertise and support for capital projects as well as for the maintenance department and other relevant functions. Dow engineers play a crucial role in making sound technical judgments to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Support in design and electrical engineering according to Dow, German and European standards and regulations
• Collaborate in the supervision of electrical systems within chemical production plants
• Assist in planning new installations and carrying out modifications
• Provide support for maintenance activities on electrotechnical systems and equipment
• Engage in the operational management of electrical plants
• Evaluate operational data and identify appropriate electrotechnical equipment
• Maintain close collaboration with manufacturers, contractors, plant personnel, and external suppliers of the planning department and the German electrical team
