About you and this role

Currently, we are looking for a Senior EH&S Delivery Leader to be located in Wiesbad en, Germany .

As a leader, you are responsible for fostering a work environment with a high level of integrity and a strong customer and safety focus that embraces inclusion and diversity, innovation and sustainability, continuous improvement and empowerment.

Responsibilities

• You lead the EH&S and Quality team
• You coordinate and monitor the performance of tasks by the occupational safety specialists
• You develop uniform standards for occupational health and safety for the company
• You know how to inspire and motivate employees, how to set priorities for the team and to ensure completion
• You are responsible for integrating the issues and awareness of safety and health into management and process control
• You organize and lead the occupational safety committee of the Wiesbaden site
• You provide support in the optimization of EH&S work processes, standards, and procedures
• You participate in root cause investigations and, if necessary, manage them
• You work with the EH&S Expertise Centers in the practical implementation of Dow Standards in accordance with local regulations and laws
• You cooperate with DOW Business Services (commercial interface to joint ventures, sold and independent plants at the locations) in the field of occupational health and safety
