We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our Industrial Automation business unit in Germany . This is a hybrid role, allowing for a combination of office and remote work that can be performed from any city in Germany.
In this role, you will lead a regional channel sales team to achieve key sales objectives, driving strategic projects and initiatives. You will collaborate with top partners, enhance solution-focused sales, and manage key marketing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the regional sales team to meet defined sales targets.
- Collaborate with key partners to drive solution sales and cross-selling initiatives.
- Manage pipeline performance through structured plans and strategic partner engagement.
- Launch and manage programs with new Gold Partners, aligning with local market needs.
- Coach team members, assess gaps, and develop personalized growth plans.
- Define metrics and oversee partner marketing activities and development spending.
