We are looking for Internal Sales Employees for Italy (m / f / d) to join our team.

WHAT WE NEED :

  • Processing of customer inquiries and orders
  • Customer advice regarding product range
  • Coordination of production & delivery dates
  • Constant contact with the sales representative, service staff, accounting and other departments
  • Ensuring the legally compliant shipment of dangerous goods
  • Preparation of all export documents
  • Preparation and follow-up of trade fairs and training courses and, if necessary, participation

WHO YOU ARE :

  • Professional experience in sales, preferably in the bicycle or sports sector
  • Italian fluent in spoken and written
  • Convincing communication skills / good tone of voice
  • Good language skills in English an advantage and in Spanish desirable
  • Organizational talent
  • Team spirit
  • Resilience and assertiveness
  • Working independently
  • Basic technical understanding
  • Sociability and positive demeanor
