TopResponsibilities

Be atrusted advisor to employees and managers on a range of HR issues,fostering a positive and high-performing workenvironment.

Enhanceemployee engagement by organizing initiatives and developingsystems that promote a triple-A employeeexperience.

Manage the fullrecruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing to hiring andonboarding newtalent.

Develop andimplement onboarding programs that welcome and integrate newemployees smoothly into our culture andoperations.

What YouShould Bring With You

3+years of experience in the field of People & Culture, ideallyin a start-up orscale-up.

Stronginterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to buildrelationships and trust at all levels of theorganization.

Ability tothrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, demonstratinginitiative and adaptability in situations that are new toyou.

Sincere curiosity forsolving problems with an "employee is our customer" mindset - youcan draw learnings from Sales, Product, Operations and CustomerSuccess to design and deliver employee experiences that areco-created and"people-first".
