This role is based in Düsseldorf and entails 3 in-office days per week . This position requires a valid EU work permit. Your hiring manager is Sayalee and your recruiter is Vanessa. Your mission You will join Prerna (PM), Dennis (BE), Alex (FE) and Aleksey (FE) in the Moccas Squad. The Product team is currently powered by 3 Product Managers and 3 Designers. They work closely with Sales & Customer Success to stay on top of customer needs. Your fellow Product Designers Sitong has worked at OnePlus and Tencent, building her design skills. She has a degree in Japanese, a master’s in Interaction Design from Australia, and a psychology certificate just for fun. She is also a big gamer. When she’s not gaming or making games, she’s taking photos or being bossed around by her very chubby Ragdoll cat. Marina has over 10 years of experience designing digital solutions for companies like ThoughtWorks and SumUp. She holds a Graphic Design degree from Brazil, with studies at Politecnico di Milano, and is currently pursuing a Sociology course. In her free time, she enjoys her dogs, reading, sports, and watching YouTube. Shruti comes with a background in 3D design and a keen interest in 3D printing. After completing her master’s degree, she transitioned into a full-time career in UI / UX design. Beyond crafting digital products, she enjoys HIIT workouts, playing hockey, and writing. What you'll do : Envision new product experiences based on data and user feedback Own and manage the design process, determine the best methodologies to use in each case, and adapt to different types of projects. Drive decision-making around what methods and processes to use to get to the intended outcome quickly Collaborate on product vision with other designers and product managers Your skillset What we're looking for : At least 5 years of full-time experience shipping high quality products, ideally in the B2B field Skilled at leveraging Figma's best features to create clear, impactful designs that effectively communicate the vision to stakeholders and provide developers with a thorough understanding of project expectations Confidence to conduct discovery, run experiments, and lead user research Solid understanding of UI with attention to detail Confident in developing solutions using our current design system, while identifying which new components could be developed to improve our overall UI A rapid prototyper who can pitch ideas backed by data Fluency in written and spoken English In the past, successful candidates have impressed us with : A well-structured portfolio with relevant and real cases Thoughtful, genuine, and interesting questions about role, team, and product Ability to think quickly and answer succinctly Our promise Drive real impact by helping scale a B2B SaaS company that’s transforming one of the world’s largest and most traditional industries with transparency, digitalization, and sustainability at its core.
