Your tasks :

• Leading a team of 5 engineers / technicians
• Leading product improvement and product development projects
• Making decisions based on technical judgment
• Control of technical change processes (ECR / ECN)
• Ensuring an effective article creation process
• Ensure that effective preventive measures are implemented
• Ensuring accessible, efficient, controlled and centralized documentation
