We are looking for an ambitious colleague to join our team as a Production Employee (m/f/d).

Aim of the position:

Full participation in shift work in production and involvement in ensuring the production process runs smoothly.

Your tasks:

  • Carrying out production processes in accordance with the applicable standard operating procedures and the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

  • Preparation, monitoring and cleaning of production facilities and equipment

  • Carrying out in-process checks and documenting the results in accordance with the specifications

  • Identifying and rectifying process-related malfunctions and problems during production

  • Compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards during production

  • Participation in training and further education measures to stay up to date with current developments in pharmaceutical production

  • Working shifts and weekends (early/late/night/public holidays)

  • Collaboration in higher-level, cross-departmental projects as required

  • Interface communication with other departments

Your profile

  • Ideally, training in the chemical/pharmaceutical field

  • Several years of professional experience in a regulated environment (chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, automotive, etc.); experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing desirable

  • Knowledge and experience with PLS controls

  • Proof of sufficient professional qualifications and relevant practical experience

  • Knowledge of working in a GMP environment desirable

  • Knowledge of working in Class D clean rooms desirable

  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays (early/late/night)

  • Structured and responsible approach to work

  • Empathy and collegiality required
