Developer full stack Jobs in Brandenburg

A recognised Tier 2 Property Developer / Construction Group is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join its team in inner-city Sydney.

You’ll initially work on an industrial project, with the opportunity to gain exposure to the business’s residential and hotel developments in the future. With a solid five-to-eight-year pipeline of work, this is a great move for someone looking for stability, variety and long-term career progression.

The Role:

Working closely with the Project Manager and construction teams, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing subcontractor procurement and packages
• Preparing and reviewing scopes of work
• Assessing progress claims and variations
• Monitoring project costs, budgets and forecasts
• Maintaining contracts and project documentation
• Liaising with subcontractors, consultants and internal stakeholders
• Supporting the commercial delivery of the project

Experience using Commnia, Procore, Jobpac, Microsoft Project and SharePoint will be highly regarded.

About You:

You’ll need at least three years of Contracts Administration experience gained in the Sydney property space, along with a good understanding of procurement, contracts, progress claims and variations.
You’ll also be organised, commercially minded and confident communicating with everyone involved in the project.
