• Support monitoring and observability for our platforms using Prometheus, Grafana, and Zabbix (metrics, dashboards, and alerts).

• Knowledge of Kubernetes‑based platforms is a plus, including understanding how workloads and services run in containerized environments.

• Help onboard new systems into the observability stack and improve existing monitoring setups.

• Assist with user and access management, configuration updates, and minor improvements on monitoring platforms.

• Maintain and create documentation related to monitoring, observability, and platform standards.

• Provide occasional support for platform maintenance tasks, such as patching of product environments.

Requirements

• Enrolled student (all genders) at a university or college in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related field

• Basic knowledge of Operation Systems, focus on Linux

• Familiar with the engineering of applications through e.g. low coding, scripting containerization

• Good understanding of network fundamentals

• Structured and analytical working methods

• Fluency in English as well as communication and team skills complete your profile, further languages are a plus

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:

  • €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract

  • €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract

  • €1,400 for a full-time internship position
