We’re looking for a Senior Golang Developer to help build the next generation of Neoletter , our automation-driven communication and workflow platform. You’ll work on transforming today’s hardcoded flows into a flexible, fully configurable workflow engine that supports transactional emails, follow-up sequences, sales interactions, and advanced analytics integrations. Over the first 6–12 months, you’ll focus on automating key communication processes, integrating data sources, and designing cloud-ready backend services within a small, highly collaborative team. As a senior engineer, you will also share your expertise and mentor other colleagues , helping elevate the team’s technical capabilities. This role is ideal for an engineer with solid backend experience, strong Go skills, and the ability to architect solutions in a modern cloud environment.

Technical Skills

• You have fluent English language communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in developing backend services in the cloud.
• 2+ years  of professional working experience with Go.
• Familiar with AWS stack, including SNS / SQS, S3, RDS, CodePipeline, Docker ECS.
• Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases and API Design (HTTP / REST API).
• You hold a degree in computer science or a similar relevant field.
• Knowledge and experience with AWS SES, GQL, gRPC, MCP is beneficial.
• Email Marketing Domain Knowledge (Deliverability, KPIs, Email authentication…) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered assistants in software engineering is welcome here.
