Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

Full-Time | Permanent Contract

Location : Leipzig

One of our most innovative clients is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support and optimise their global business applications. This role is key to bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring smooth operations across multiple international locations. You'll work primarily with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, SharePoint, and Azure to implement changes, manage projects, and support business growth through digital innovation.

Your Role

Provide corporate-level support for global business systems across multiple international locations
Analyse business needs and translate them into IT specifications (infrastructure, process design, effort estimation)
Manage end-to-end business application projects - from requirements gathering through to implementation and adoption
Configure, customise, and enhance ERP systems using Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Finance and Operations
Propose and implement process improvements and reporting solutions
Maintain and develop the corporate intranet and related SharePoint environments

Your Profile

Proactive, service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on supporting business needs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to build effective working relationships across various business departments

Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment

University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline

Several years of experience in a similar role (e.g. Business Analyst, Application Developer, ERP Consultant)

Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies : Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, PowerBI, and Sharepoint

Experience in managing business / IT projects

Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure concepts

Fluency in English (spoken and written), German and French is a plus.
