As a Software Developer (m / f / d) in the Banking & Payments team, you'll be part of a cross-functional, agile team that ensures smooth and secure loan accounting and cash flows between investors and borrowers.

We work autonomously in Scrum, where developers, testers and product owners collaborate to build scalable solutions. Pair programming, cross-team exchange and knowledge sharing are key to our success. Our domain services run on Kubernetes, deployed effortlessly via custom CI / CD pipelines with full DevOps support.

What you can expect :

• Backend Expertise : Several years of hands-on experience with object-oriented programming (preferably PHP) and MySQL databases.
• Cloud & Containerization Know-How : Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and CI / CD pipelines for seamless deployment and scalability.
• Event-Driven Architecture : Familiarity with Kafka-based communication and service-oriented architectures is a plus.
• Testing Enthusiast : Knowledge of PHPUnit or Cypress to ensure robust software quality.
• Monitoring & Performance Optimization : Experience with NewRelic or similar tools to keep services running smoothly.
• Version Control Savvy : Proficient in Git, ensuring efficient collaboration and clean versioning practices.
• Finance Enthusiast : Interest in financial systems and processes; experience in FinTech development is a plus.
