We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within large enterprise accounts across EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling SAP services and cloud-based solutions, with the ability to build strategic relationships, craft tailored propositions, and deliver substantial deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Development : Identify and nurture high-value prospects in large enterprise organisations, driving pipeline growth through strategic outreach and market understanding.
- Sales Execution : Lead the full sales cycle – from opportunity identification to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Relationship Management : Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CFOs, and senior IT leaders to position Lemongrass as a strategic partner for SAP transformation and managed services.
- Solution Crafting : Develop bespoke value propositions for SAP and cloud services aligned to the customer’s strategic goals and challenges.
- Revenue Growth : Deliver against defined revenue targets, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with delivery teams, pre-sales, and marketing to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experience.
- Market Expertise : Stay current with industry trends, SAP innovations, and competitor offerings to advise customers and differentiate Lemongrass’s services.
- Reporting & Forecasting : Provide accurate and timely updates on pipeline, deal status, and revenue forecasts using CRM systems and internal processes.
