As an IT Consultant for Artificial Intelligence ( AI ) (m / f / d), you play a central role as an interface between technology and customers. You are not only a consultant but also a mediator who translates technical expertise into customer oriented-solutions.

In this key position, you understand both the technical details and the specific business requirements of the customers. Your task is to make complex technological approaches understandable and to transform them into tailored, actionable solutions. This ensures that innovative AI technologies are not only developed but also successfully integrated into the business processes.

As a link between the technical departments and the customers, you speak the language of developers and engineers, as well as that of decision-makers on the customer side. This ensures that the technological visions are aligned with the individual needs of the customers.

Your deep understanding of the possibilities of Artificial Intelligence, as well as the challenges of modern business processes, makes you an indispensable partner for the customers. You actively accompany companies in their digital transformation and implement innovative AI solutions that sustainably increase efficiency and profitability.

Job description :

  • Technical Consultant and Thought Leader : You act as a reliable point of contact for customers and are an expert in AI and digitalization.
  • Analysis and Solution Development : You understand the challenges faced by customers and translate these into tailored digital solutions. Your goal : sustainable improvements in business and production processes.
  • Project Management : You are responsible for the development and implementation of software solutions based on AI, overseeing their delivery to the customer.
  • Coordination and Interface Management : You work closely with internal departments and coordinate experts during the PreSales phase.
  • Presentation of Concepts : You create well-founded solution sketches and present them convincingly to customers.
  • Design and Implementation : The development of AI use cases and the implementation of technical solutions for process optimization are at the center of your activities.
  • Accompanying the Customer into the Future : You actively support companies on their journey to becoming data-driven organizations.

    • Skills requested :

  • Empathy and Communication Skills : Ability to present complex issues clearly and understandably while building trustful relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Completed Degree : A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical consulting or technical sales of digitalization solutions or cloud services.
  • Expert Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence : Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning, as well as practical experience with generative models (e.g., OpenAI).
  • Proficient Programming Skills : Strong programming skills in Python and application in real projects.
  • Strong Analytical Thinking : Ability to understand and solve complex technical problems.
  • High Customer Orientation : Capable of recognizing customer needs and adapting solutions accordingly.
  • Pronounced Project Management Skills : Experience in leading projects and coordinating interdisciplinary teams.
  • Flexibility and Mobility : Willingness to travel for projects.
  • Fluent in German (C2) and very good English (C1) skills.
