The Role
As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager , you’ll take ownership of digital acquisition across the DACH market. You’ll drive SEO and paid campaign strategy, enhance visibility across channels, and ensure high-impact lead generation - all while collaborating with Product, Content, and Sales teams to deliver results that matter.
This is a high-visibility role offering progression into leadership for someone ready to scale with the business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEA, and Paid Social
- Launch and optimise LinkedIn, Google Ads, and display campaigns to drive pipeline growth
- Lead technical and content SEO to increase rankings and organic traffic
- Analyse campaign performance, manage budgets, and run A / B tests to improve ROI
- Partner with Sales and Content teams to ensure messaging resonates and converts
- Experiment with AI-optimised search strategies for future-forward visibility
What Does Success Look Like? A strong lead pipeline from both organic and paid sources, increased search visibility in the DACH region, and tangible contribution to revenue goals.
