Job Summary : They are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to join their team. This role is crucial for developing and executing strategic sales plans, ramping up business growth, and road mapping future strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in road freight express services and be fluent in both German and English. The Sales Manager will focus on account retention, strategically acquiring new clients, and enhancing the company's diverse profile. Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning and Execution :
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth in the express logistics sector.
- Create detailed road maps to achieve short-term and long-term sales objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Client and Customer Engagement :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their logistics needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Account Retention and Development :
- Focus on retaining existing accounts through excellent service and relationship management.
- Strategically identify and acquire new clients to expand the company's customer base.
- Build and enhance the company's diverse profile through strategic client engagement and service excellence.
- Reporting and Analysis :
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall sales effectiveness.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
